"Hello, I am Marcia K. Culp, the founder of KAE MARCIA DESIGN. This business name originated from a thought I had a few years ago about my middle name 'Kay,' which is rarely written out. It sits comfortably between my first and last names, quite content, never screaming for attention, yet it distinguishes me from all of the others who share my first and last name out there. Like my fingerprint, it is a faithful contributor to my uniqueness, a significant part of me that remains an initial in the middle, with little opportunity to take centerstage.

In recent years, I modified the spelling of my middle name, Kay to 'Kae.' Not denying the original,  just preferring the letter 'e' since it is used in front of some of my favorite words, (ie. excellence, exceptional, extraordinary, elevate, eclectic, enthusiastic, encourage, eloquence and exemplary, to name a few).

And so, in 2014, I decided to show my appreciation for this unique part of me by creating a new position for it - and VOILA! - my new venture was born, KAE MARCIA DESIGN. I am excited to share this dimension of my creativity with you, through art, graphic design, event design, interior design, speaking engagements, project management, classes and any other thing that God allows my hands to do along my entrepreneurial journey.
